Burr size: C40 - 39mm, C60 - 60mm
Weight: C40 - 600g, C60 - 1000g
Crank: C60 equips with Black Crank
Clix: C60 equips with Gold Clix, which gives a much finer adjustment of grind size
Grinding force:  C60 grinds the same coffee relatively easier
