What is Barista Camp?

This camp runs over the course of 4 days, which allows you to be trained as a professional barista and on a competition level. If you are planning to compete, joining this camp will improve your skills and knowledge, taught by world known barista champions and judges.

Why choose us? 

The idea is to share the knowledge and new processing techniques, during the camp you are encourage to challenge yourself and others to take your skills to the next level. You will gain hands-on experience from our trainers, Stefanos Domatiotis, Christos Loukakis and Sum Chan who has previously compete in World Barista Championship and Birdie Chiu on many occasion as Championship judge. Although this camp is not for SCAE certified purpose, but solely train you to prepare for competition and to increase your technical points.

Advance Equipment
With JasCaffe, Anfim and Mahlkonig sponsor, you may test and experience with variety machinery and equipment available. Including equipment that you may not come across during your career path and the proper way to use them.
Espresso, Brewer’s Cup and Cup Tasters Championship
This camp will mainly focus on the standard of world barista, Brewer’s cup and cup tasters championship. We will tell you what the head judge will look for in competition, whether it is technical or sensory scoring. Our aim is to educate you, guide you through out the competition procedure and time.
