We’re Hiring ☕ Specialty Coffee Barista (Full-time / Part-time)
Hazel & Hershey Coffee Roasters is looking for a passionate Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team in Hong Kong.

What you’ll do:
• Learn and brew espresso, pour-over & cold brew with consistency
• Recommend coffee beans & brewing tools based on customer preferences
• Deliver warm, professional customer service
• Share knowledge of origins, varieties & flavour profiles
• Support daily operations and work closely with the team
• Promote specialty coffee culture & our brand story

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years full-time relevant experience
• Fluent Cantonese + good English & Putonghua
• Passionate about coffee and eager to learn
• Positive, responsible & a strong team player

You will:
• Brew espresso, pour-over & cold brew with precision
• Guide customers through our beans & equipment
• Share stories behind each origin and process
• Help create a warm and welcoming coffee experience

Requirements:
• 2+ years full-time experience
• Fluent Cantonese + English + Putonghua
• Passionate, responsible & team-oriented
