WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! 

  • We cover local orders (Hong Kong & Macau) and pretty much everywhere else too.
  • All orders are shipped within a days time of ordering except Mondays. (No, we don’t hate Mondays – we’re just busy roasting delicious coffee then!) 
  • Enter your full address, the system will give you real time estimated shipping quote and delivery time
  • Tax not included

 

LOCAL ORDERS (Hong Kong and Macau)

Shipping’s on us (yes! you heard right!) for orders over HK $200 (and yes, orders include coffee beans and/or other products!). Coffee machines & electric grinders etc. are not included. Door to Door delivery fee will be quoted separately upon request. 
 
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of its placement, except Mondays.

  • Local orders are shipped by SF Express. We count on SF’s reliable service to make sure your order runs as smoothly as our coffee.
  • SF Express delivers to your desired address or EF LockerSF Store and SF Partner locations. For home or work addresses, check SF’s coverage area
  • Track and check the progress of your order easy, use the waybill number ( i.e 852XXX ) provided and click here to proceed tracking.
  • Waiting for mail is exciting! For exact delivery times, please check with SF Express.

  • Only sign an acknowledgement receipt, if your package has been delivered to you in good condition, i.e. no obvious damages (dents, torn or damp spots) has been made to it.
  • In case of any problems with your delivery, Hnh will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact customer support immediately.

 



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We fulfil international orders with FedEx or DHL. Shipping for your order will depend on your location and size of the order. 
  • Tax and additional charges may vary according to country. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred if customers delay or refuse to pay for such taxes and/or charges.
  • We can’t guarantee an exact day of delivery as it varies according to the courier service and the time taken at the customs. For more information about your delivery, please contact your shipping courier. 
  • If you have special arrangements on delivery (ex. you need to declare value for custom purposes) , please make a note during your order.

DELIVERY TIME

Good things come in small packages. All packages come in a standard size delivery box (W250 x H140 x D170 mm) unless your order is huge then please expect a larger package. 

  • We send all our domestic orders via SF express shipping, so you should expect to receive your package in 1-2 days to commercial area and 2-4 days in residential areas. Please note it may take longer if you live in a remote area! 

  • Shipping time for international orders may vary depending on country as well as couriers’ working day and pick up schedule. Please check with your preferred courier service for exact shipping time for international orders.
