AUTOMATIC COOLING
When the roaster has completed the roast it will immediately begin to cool the coffee by shutting down the heating element and pushing room temperature air into the chamber (even if you’re in the other room!).
An average roast is cooled in 2 to 3 minutes at a normal room temperature.
